Terms

QuoteNudge provides self-service business communication templates and downloadable operating files. You are responsible for reviewing all facts, prices, dates, consent, recipients, and wording before use.

No guarantee or professional advice

The product does not guarantee a reply, accepted quote, revenue, payment, or customer outcome. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or marketing-compliance advice.

Licence

A kit purchase grants one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to edit and use the files in its own operations. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the kit or substantially equivalent template collection.

Payments

The advertised A$19 kit price is a one-time charge, processed by Stripe. No subscription is created. You must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteNudge for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, or contacting people without a lawful basis. Stop following up when a recipient asks you to stop.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteNudge is supplied as-is and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
